For the contest on most water in my apartment in my apartment complex today, following the severe storms we had here. My grand prize is new carpet in my bedroom, and a chance to get rid of stuff out of there I really didn't use or need or want.

At least I got someone else to open the store so I could get a few extra hours of boxing up stuff in in the morning.

It wasn't nearly as bad here. Though, we did have a tornado hit the town where I live (F1).

The new carpet is in, and it'll be cleaned tomorrow morning. So after that's all done, I'll get my bedroom back. Just in time to go on a much needed vacation.

There will also be some landscaping done to try to prevent this from happening in the future, because some more water came in last night during the thunderstorms we had.

RW, I'm sure I'm just screwing things up again, but the Steve Miller song doesn't have anything about autographs in it either In other words, I see what you did there in the other post, but not sure what you mean by same song (and please note I am not taking any of this seriously )
