  • Saw Man United!

    (sorry, another soccer thread)

The game was fun.. The Revs held their own in the first half, only to lose 4-1 in the 2nd. My real annoyance was people the around me would not stay put! Switching seats, stealing seats...generally ignoring the game and blocking my view (I'm short)

But all's well... It was a good game, Rooney did not get a goal. Was pretty cool to see such a famous team.

Next time, I'm staying in the Fort . And next year, season tickets

I was wondering how the game went. Glad you had a great time. Can't wait until our Man U game on wednesday

Yeah I said season tickets after our first game. I wish we could go into our supporter area, but my knee can't take the pogo.

My main issue with the Fort is its hard to see with all flags....but it is rather crazy fun

Best of luck to Seattle's game against ManU!

I was very happy with how the Revs did in the first half. Its a bummer the Revs didn't take advantage of the few scoring chances they had but keeping the game 0-0 going into the half is quite a feat. I pretty much expected Man U to score during the second half when all the subs started happening.

Its a bummer Shalrie Joseph won't be in tomorrow's game against the Philly Union due to too many yellow cards. Should be interesting to see what Coach Nicol does to fill in the gap with Joseph missing.

I know...I'm hoping the Revs do well tonight....but they do seem to lose some heart without Shalrie.

And since LA fell to Real Madrid in a 4-1 loss (and they did not keep it 0-0 in the first half) I am ok with the Revs' loss, lol

I only got to watch the first 20 minutes or so... yeah..... the team seemed lost out there without Sharlie.
