I have a kitten!

My long-awaited Rocket-kitty came home with me today! (sadly, so did a batch of fleas. Sigh. But her owners did give her a treatment when i came to pick her up, so hopefully we'll be ok)

We had a rather traumatic drive home (she did NOT like the pet carrier!) but once we got here, she's been fine. She likes to be scratched under the chin. She's not very talkative, and has a VERY serious face. Right now, she's stretched out on the bed next to me, fast asleep. <3

LOL! Yes, her name is Rocket. If she was a boy it would've been Von Braun, but she's a girl, so Rocket seemed to fit. She's a sweetie: loves to play, loves to sleep near me. <3
