Here's the important question - how hot is hot? Is it "OMFG, I need that fire hose now!!" hot? or "You think that sun is hot, you haven't had this chili yet" hot? Or even hotter than that?

I like chili, and the husband will attest I do complain about hot things (he did put a little too much chili powder in the last batch he made).

As for the name, I'm not sure I can help you there. Perhaps if you were to send us all a sample *rubs hands grinning evilly* hehe
