I got a perfect idea. You don't even need to put "chili" on the end. Call it Napalm Strike.

but how else am I supposed to taste this new world wonder???
    Hie thee to Key West.

Or make a point of getting to Phoenix one time when I'm there, or after I've moved back there (whenever the hell that is).

Or somehow get me to where you are.

Honestly, even if I was willing to send you some, I really don't have the capabilities to do so. And while I said it jokingly, I really have no intention of sharing this particular recipe. I can and will make suggestions to help others with their chili, and other dishes. But this....this is one of my babies.

And hell, it's still not done evolving. For the impending cookoff, making a semi-big departure from the never-before-changed base of the stuff. But it's a change that I think will only make the chili better and even more flavorful.

Ignoring the financial dilemma you seem to be having, if I have it right, you want me to prepackage the ingredients for my chili so that you can put my award-winning chili together yourself on your end, with no mental or culinary effort on your part?

How do I put this politely....hmmm....oh, I know:

I am disinclined to acquiesce to your request. Means no.

Good placement for a pirate quote.

If Jester overnights you some of his chili, teh, Imma sneak over and steal nom some...

Although I worry, as I do not have much of an ability to tolerance spice anymore. Which is silly, since I used to have hot peppers on pot pies ffs. And real Mexican food. My parents missed it from New Mexico.

    Devil's Country Fantasy?
    sounds like a rose name.
Yes, it does sound like a flower name, but there may be something in there. Devil's Country Chili? Desert Devil's Chili? Since I am a Sun Devil, that has a potential double meaning there.

    Your chili sounds amazing.
According to many people, it is. I happen to agree with that assessment, but I try not to be obnoxious about it.

Make a recipe and spice-mix, I pay ten dollars (once I get my bf's credit card and money to pay him with) and you send it to me?
With all due respect, not a chance.

I have very few recipes I won't share, but this, my spaghetti sauce, and my German Stew are among them.

I will tell you a few things, though, in addition to what I said in an earlier post: I don't use any hot sauces or extracts, preferring to go with meat, fresh produce, fresh peppers (or canned in the case of chipotle, just because it's nigh on impossible to get the non-canned version in these parts), beer, cilantro, and tomatoes.

The actual full recipe is not and will not be made available, and I am NOT sorry about this.

    Jesters Smoldering Crater Chili
There may be something in that one, too.....hmmm.....

I know this doesn't 'exactly' apply to yours, but 'Sandblaster con Carne'? The implication being that it will sandblast your insides.
It not only doesn't exactly apply to mine, it doesn't apply to mine at all, with the exception being for people who don't like or can't handle spices at all. Because, for most people, it does NOT sandblast their insides. It is a nice, comfortable, smokey, sweet chili with a good slow burn, but it won't destroy you.

I leave THAT to my Devil's Ass Chili. Which, the next time I make it, I plan on making it even hotter. How? Even MORE ghost peppers!
