Brendan Coyle: The only thing I've ever seen him in is Downton Abbey--from which I am having withdrawl. He's in his 50s, portly, walking with a cane, and I am in love. It's those smiling eyes and the way he smiles at his crush (I forget the character's name).

    Also, Fred Ewanuick: soooo adorable.

Christopher Eccleston -- smoking hot as the Doctor
Yes, yes, and YES. <3 Eccleston as the Doctor.
Others I find attractive that most people go "Bwuh?" over:
      Kevin Smith
      Seth Rogan
      Robin Williams
      John Goodman
      Tim Curry

And Jester, since when is Alyson Hannigan this list? That chick is SMOKIN. Both in personality and looks.

I like the guy, and there have been a few things I've seen him in where I thought he had a certain charm and, yes, almost sexiness.
Buscemi is the male epitome of "personality makes you hotter."

The Edge (U2) -- okay, he's a musician not an actor, but he's gangly, nerdy, brainy and very attractive!
The title of the thread says "celebrities," not "actors."

        So you're good.

Yes, you are right that she is smokin' in every way. But she is included here because not everyone would find her conventionally beautiful. Hell, she may well be the poster girl for this topic!

I wanna do really bad things to her.....!

So I can add 'Alan Doyle, one of the lead singers of Great Big Sea' to my list?

If you so wish, though I've never heard of him or them.

Too tired of living and too tired to end it. What a conundrum.

Chris O'Dowd makes my heart do funny things.
                  Gary Sinise, too.

I also have to jump on Alan Rickman and Anthony Steward Head. Wait . . .

                  No, that works.

Jackie Earle Haley--I love that man. Has the most beautiful blue eyes that make me weak in the knees. Also, he can act circles around Tom Freakin' Cruise and Brad Freakin' Pitt.

I'll throw in Steve Buscemi, Ron Perlman, and Jean Reno too. I'll take them over some airhead pretty boy any day of the week and twice on Sunday. And I'll second The Edge. Rawr!
I question my sanity every day. Sometimes it answers.

Okay, that woman does not belong here. Why not? Because she's just hot, and not in an unconventional way. She's just hot.

(I'm currently watching the series as BBC runs through it; I've never seen it before. Actually, I'm between the two episodes on my DVR as we speak. And yes, Grace Park is hot, too. Very.)
i seem to be the only one among my bsg-watching friends who seems to think she's remotely attractive. the others all range from "meh" to "way too manly."

although, you're right about grace park. we universally agree on her hotness. and we're about 50/50 on tricia helford.

although i could say that deborah anne woll (jessica from true blood), who you included in your list further upthread, doesn't belong there. she's absolutely stunning.

I suppose I should add my 2 cents worth, so long as no one tells FMA_Fanatic...

Cat: You're right. We're Nuts! This is an insane conversation....

Gary Sinise is soooo gorgeous that I couldn't put him on this list. There was an episode of CSINY where he had to rescue someone out of water, and I was like, "Oh, look, now it's all wet." *fans self* That man is absolutely beautiful. I don't know if Joe Montegna belongs on the list or not, but I don't care how old he is. I'd faint if I met him.

I don't think Mark Wahlberg is traditionally good looking but I loooooooove him. Actually, I might have to say the same for Johnny Depp...he doesn't fit the pretty boy mode at all, but...yeah...he's Johnny Depp. Yum.

                              Dylan Moran. He's just adorable.

Also Kate Mulgrew, even though the last time I saw her she was aging, overweight, and sporting an eyepatch. DAMN is she fine.
