Yes, I loved the Utah plot, and at $219 an acre, makes me wonder what exactly is wrong with it lol. Still it is big enough..151 acres..that is a lot of land.

You could have no access to any sort of water other than what falls from the sky, and if you do not own the mineral rights, someone can come and mine your property without your consent.

Western mining law is some fucked up shit, as is water rights issues.
