A hamburger, California Catalina Salad (I made that), spagetti, spring roll, cupcake, and Coke.

Went to a picnic with friends this afternoon/evening. Ate, great conversation, and a killer kickball game

Couple of cheese sammies and 2 custard donuts. All I had in fridge right now.

It's our anniversary today, so we went a bit fancy on our dinner. Chicken and pineapple in a soy-based sauce over rice, with breaded grilled zucchini and yellow squash as a side. Brownies with caramel bits for dessert. Even our two-year-old liked it.

            Happy Anniversary, Kogarashi!

We had cheese pizza, veggie lovers pizza, bread sticks, hot wings and cinnamon sticks from Pizza Hut that I paid for with my credit card (like I always do when I order food) and since I tip the people who deliver food to my house very well in cash we always get our food fast, hot and correct no matter who I order from.

I ended up eating the enchiladas before work, so sort of dinner. Had a bad night, so on my break was cupcakes and milk. :/

Chicken-cheese spread-salt-pepper wrapped up in a low carb whole wheat (that sounds like an oxymoron) tortilla. And lemonade. Lots of lemonade. And water. And more water. Dammit, why am I so thirsty today?!

Thanks! Seven years today. (Well, yesterday now, I guess.)

Congrats, Kogarashi! Oddly, the 13th is my parents' anniversary as well. It was their 32nd, though.

It's early enough that this is subject to change, but I'm thinking that for dinner tonight I'll make shrimp fettucini alfredo. Quick, easy to make and tasty.

Tonight's dinner's going to be chicken kabobs and jello. We'll see if the rain lets up enough to grill it outside or if we'll be using the stove.

Tonight my mother will be making shake and bake chicken. I was going to make chicken and eggplant parm but I am feeling icky today.

I'm roasting a home-grown zucchini stuffed with a concoction of chopped yellow summer squash (also home-grown), sweet corn, black beans, onions, tomatoes (also home-grown), and ground turkey.

I had baked BBQ chicken breasts, scalloped potatoes, and brussel sprouts. Dessert is a small tub of Lemon Italian Ice in a glass of sparkling peach lemonade.

Well, since there is festival going on in my town I had cotton candy and funnel cake. I know it's not the most healthy thing in the world, but it was yummy!

It was raining cats and dogs today, but I still went for the cotton candy and funnel cake. I think they put crack in the funnel cake since I always want to get some when the festival is going on.
