but I don't keep ice cream in the house ('cause I'll just eat it lol). So I filled a blender cup with ice, poured in whole milk to the top of the ice, added a big spoonful of peanut butter and a couple spoonfuls of chocolate milk mix. I added a squirt of Hershey's dark syrup and blended my way to frozen bliss.

My parents gave me a blender a while back. I was growing addicted to the smoothies you can get at the gym I go to, but they are so expensive. I decided to snag the recipes and make them at home. The ingredients can be costly, but it's cheaper than $5.75 a pop for a smoothie.
I mix powder protein with ice, milk, fat free yogurt, peanut butter, and a banana.
Or I substitute peanut butter with blueberries.
The taste is absolutely amazing. I actually like the vanilla protein powder better than chocolate, so I've been buying that more often.
And there is something about protein......as soon as I make one of those (or even if I just mix it with milk) I instantly tighten up and feel thinner.
I've made it a two meal a day deal with those smoothies. Combined with exercising, it's really helped me.You really need to see a neurologist. - Wagegoth
