  • I can has job?

I have an interview thursday at 9:30am....

the place is less then 3 miles from my house, it is ALL inbound calling, I've actually done this job in this department before....credit card dispute....

slim chance of EW's since I don't handle the process directly I just get the ball rolling, but plenty of room for SC's.

just need to think of new and creative ways to say "ma'am/sir....have you tried contacting the company directly first?....no? then you need to try them first, until they flat out tell you they cannot/will not do anything there is little I can do."

wish me luck....I burnt out early last time because of no place to rant....ancients bless this website!
It is by snark alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the juice of the coffee bean that thoughts acquire 'tude, the lips acquire mouthiness, the glares become a warning.

Good luck! Here's a possible wording of your spiel: "Thank you for calling [cc company]. Im currently busy doing anything but deal with your insignificant little problem. If you have reached me on purpose, I can't do anything for you and you're interrupting my yoga. In other words, fuck off, I'm busy. Call the people who can do something instead of bitch at the one person who can't. Thank you for calling [cc company] and have a great day!"
*note:* I don't actually recommend saying this. But don't you wish you could?!
