*not really a gripe or anything, just felt like posting about something which happened in church today*
As I've probably mentioned on here before, I sometimes serve as a liturgist during Sunday morning services, and the schedule for this gets made up several weeks in advance. Several people who also served as a liturgist have recently dropped involvement with the church, so a new schedule had to be worked out to cover for this.
Problem was, nobody informed me that there was a new liturgist schedule, or that it was my "turn" today - fortunately, I had to be there anyhow since bell choir rehearsal started up again, and this was moved to after services on Sundays.

True......but I think someone would've called with a reminder had that been the case!
