...because my players can't make up their #$@! minds.
They have literally voted the games into a full tie, and no one wants to change votes, so I'm letting random-ish people decide.
Let me know which one of the these you'd want to play in. I've taken away most mention of the game systems, because they don't matter. Feel free to ask questions, too.
Thanks for helping me make up my players minds.
The Wastelands: You'll be playing in the post-apocalyptic world left after a strike by an extra-terrestrial object destroyed the old world. Junk and scavenge are your treasure! Road strikers (transforming motorcycles) will be the biggest mecha available...to the PCs. <insert evil laugh track here>
Moonbase Alpha: You're children of famous scientists on the largest research facility known to man: The Earth's moon. Hollowed out over the years, and now requiring massive drives to keep it's orbit, the moon has grown to a large populated megacity under domes on the surface, with a maze of access tunnels winding through the core rock. This idylic life quickly changes when explosions are seen on Earth, and the Moon loses all contact with the planet's surface and the bases on Mars, the asteroid belt, and the moons of Jupiter. Road striker game.
Orcs in Spaaaaaace! D&D in the far future. Tha alliance of Man, Dwarves, Elves, Gnomes, and cat-like Mithra are at war with the Orcish invasion army. Mecha, guns, and melee weapons abound as you start out trying to survive the Ork invasion planetside on the vacation world of Bahama.
Spellsinger Universe: A world where most mammals, birds, and some lizards evolved concurrently with man. Magic and swordplay mix with dark plots that could plunge the great families into war.
Slavers: The bad news? You've been shanghaied. The good news? The captain's a right bastard, and the crew is tired of being treated little better than the cargo. One quick mutiny later, and you find yourself in possesion of a ship, and a death mark if anyone finds out about the mutiny.
Time of the Dragon God: Normally, the dragons are reclusive, keeping themselves out of the sight of the lesser races. After your town burns to the ground as two great dragons fight above it, survivors flee the remains to find out the worlds dragons are leading armies against one another. You don't know what has caused this madness, but you better move quickly before civilization itself falls. Good old hack 'n slash and loot grubbing harking back to the old days.
