They are threatening us with snow again this week. It better not happen. Game on Wednesday night that the hubby is threatening to swim to go to (we live across the water from Seattle)
We had snow up here yesterday. It was crazy, schizophrenic weather. One second, it'd be a white-out, the next second, sunny. Snow, sun, snow, sun...none of the snow stuck to the roads, thankfully. It was just annoying and weird. 'Twas an excellent weekend for the Baker bums, though! (Baker bum = someone who spends all their free time on the slopes at Mt. Baker)

why not pick the week when I have to be at work at 4:30 every morning to do this shit?
At least traffic will be light?

    (Sorry, It's all I got.)

The ice/snow combo is never fun. Be careful.

We had snow last week. Tomorrow, we're supposed to have ice then rain then maybe snow late at night then snow on Wed. Because, y'know, why not pick the week when I have to be at work at 4:30 every morning to do this shit?

Yeah, this last week has been "fun" weather wise. Light snow followed by temps above 0C to mostly thaw what fell, then this last weekend Mother Nature decided to quit playing games and dumped a foot on us.

I just got the forecast - up to 20 inches of the shit Tuesday.

It looks like we're getting all our snow at the end of winter this year.

Same storm here my friend, same storm here.

Sunday was just really windy, and and off sun. Took a long nap at the bf's, left his house around 10 pm to see snow, but it's been nothing really.

And no, trust me, you do not want to see my scales rub together.

    You hush.

I am still in my reptilian stage. You don't want to know what happens when my thighs rub together.
I might want to see that

We were supposed to get several inches of snow yesterday, but the storm went to the north of us. We just got a few flakes.

Now Tuesday we're supposed to get pounded by snow. We'll wait and see.

Today was 29 degrees C. But you wouldn't know it based on the amount of sweat I had by the end of the day. I was seriously dripping buckets. My t-shirt was soaked. Thank god I was wearing a skirt!

Winter Storm warning already issued, starts at noon tomorrow and goes until Wednesday night.

(Don't ask, they've put us under watches and warnings days ahead of time before)

So far, forecast is 6 to 12 inches.

And, unlike last week where the storm they originally predicted (that was supposed to be Sunday, yesterday) went another direction, this one won't.

I have to go in to work tonight, cancel my time off request I had in, and hopefully get it changed to tomorrow. No effing way. Not doing it. Just hope I don't get told no, because I know how much trouble you can get in for asking off and then calling in.

Snow since before I woke up this morning, and I think it's a bit warm so it's melting a bit, but since it's cold enough to be snowing...

Fuck it, I'm glad I don't have to work today.

I'd like to take a moment to point out that we had everything from blizzard warnings to tornado warnings on the national (US) weather map last night. hell, we still do. Mother Nature is being particularly testy right now! Wow! Also, my thoughts to those in TN, KY, AL and I hope everyone fared last night's storms alright!

Yeah, my parking lot here is glare ice. I can't take out the garbage.

There are elderly people living here and they do nothing about how slippery it gets.
