Having great wedding photos is awesome. Our photographer did a wonderful job too. I have the negatives, as the photog went out of the wedding biz a few years later and sold them to me, and one day I will have a proper album made.
KiaKat, you ARE beautiful and I'm sure it's not just the bride aspect
So by this point, my entire family has seen the photos. General consensus? Our trust in our photographer was well-placed. And apparently I'm really freaking gorgeous. >.>
Still wrapping my brain around that one. I'm... just me. I happened to pick a great dress, the perfect hairstylist, and be advantageous enough to have a "sister" who is French and a genius with makeup. But I look at the photos and see this pretty little delicate woman who shines with love and has this wonderful handsome man at her side. And it puts a stupid grin on my face. I really love these photos.
You people know me too well! I was bouncing off the walls as I set it up (what? I have a small kitchen!), and I was SO EXCITED when I first turned it on. BEST GIFT EVAR.
Besides. It's RED. Looks TOTALLY awesome in my kitchen against all my white canisters.
Thank you for all the good wishes. Things are different, but the same, now that we've got the rings. It's interesting.
One of our gifts was a KitchenAid mixer (RED!), which required that I reorganize the entire kitchen to have space for it! I just did so, and now imma make COOKIES!
Another gift was an espresso machine. Hafta do more reorganizing before setting that up, but when I do? ZOMGCAFFEINE AND MOCHA COOKIES!
Am I the only one that is picturing KiaKat bouncing off the walls after reading the above statement.
Congrats again and my you two have a wonderful long life together

I can't say enough how much I love my photographer. She captured the moment exactly. I almost bounded out of the hotel when we saw there was SNO!, and she followed us, laughing. So much fun, and such good food, and such amazing company. I'm still on endorphines from the whole thing.
