    He still needs to be told this behaviour is not acceptable. Tell him that you're aware he stares at you, and you want him to stop.

      I've been pretty busy lately and haven't had time to give everyone an update.
      Creeper has a crush on Classy Coworker now and doesn't bother me anymore.
      The staring guy got his desk moved so he can't stare at me anymore.
