    I'd like to announce the newest Level 1 human of my family...

    Weighing in at a WHOPPING 5.5 pounds and measuring 18 inches in length...

    I present to you Ms Lucy Frances Higgins, age 3 hours.

      shes about 3 weeks early...she wasn't due till around november 12
