I haven't been able to sleep through the night for about a week now. I'm almost certain it is stress related and I won't be rid of the stress for 2 more weeks.
Anyone have any (preferably non-drug) suggestions on how to stay asleep? I tried catnip tea once and had the craziest dreams, so I'd like to avoid that.
