Wow...I cut out practically all dairy except for once in a while, and I try to stay away from overly processed foods...but that's all my mum buys so it's hard.
I eat a lot of eggs and chicken, salad whenever I can, and drink a TON of cranberry juice, vanilla soymilk, and apple cider. I'm also working on trying to replace soda with water...I make myself drink a glass of water before I do any soda, and generally by the time I'm done with the water I don't want soda anymore.
The birth control I used to be on was so much better, I had a few problems but nothing nearly as bad as now. I have to go into the doctor's office in a month anyways, I'll ask if she can switch it back until I can go see the specialist.
