  • I need a PDA

That's the short of it, really. I haven't been on much in the last... uh... week? I don't know at this point, because I have atrocious time management skills, and I need better ones. I need to be more disciplined. Granted, general advice would be welcome, but I need your guys' advice on what PDA is best for what I need-- an electronic schedule-keeper. Paper ones get modified too much, lost, are very unwieldy for me, and don't nag me when I need it. Getting other people to do it means inevitable flakyness, because they aren't in my life such that they know when I pee, and that's the level I need-- not just 'call at 8 to wake me up,' because sometimes I'm up before then, sometimes I'm just getting tired enough to fall asleep, so then I stay up so they won't wake me up then-- you get the idea.

... I know not a whole lot of people use them, but... :makes puppy eyes:
    I'm getting desperate here.

Do you have a cell phone? if so what type of phone do you have? Alot of 'smart phones' have PDA functions, either built into them, or as a down loadable app.
Just sliding down the razor blade of life.

I have the cheapest phone known to man, and probably always will. So, no chance of sexy downloads. Hell, my plan doesn't even allow for texting, mostly 'cuz my parents pay for it and don't want me to have it. I mostly agree.
But I want an expensive (ie sexy) phone.

They don't really make decent PDAs any more, they've been supplanted by smartphones. I'd have to recommend you get an Android phone that's compatible with your service, even if you can't get a data plan for it, and use that. Get one with a slide-out keyboard. You may be able to get one used. Do some research.

I need a PDA, too, but not the electronic kind.
