Ramen noodles are actually fried before they are dried and packaged, just fyi.

The best diet to follow for tummy trouble is the BRAT diet--Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast (plain, dry, maybe w/ a small amount of honey). Jello, gingerale, and sprite/7-up/sierra mist, popcicles and italian ice are okay to eat, too. I find that instant mashed potatoes made w/ just hot water and salt (no milk or butter/margarine) are ok on the tummy, too. Doesn't taste as bad as you'd think, either. Cream of wheat hot cereal also made w/o milk is good, too.

If it is your gallbladder, fatty or greasy foods will probably upset your stomach, as well.
    Don't wanna; not gonna.

If it's gallbladder, and you have an attack, you will feel like you have a knife in your upper middle or right stomach. Pain can radiate to the back and possibly right shoulder. Nausea is another possible symptom. My dad used to work swing shift. He'd eat greasy dinner, come home, and throw up at 2:00 am. I know 'cause it woke me up. He had emergency surgery and almost died on the table because he never recognized the symptoms. But if you catch it you can control with diet and have the doctor monitor the condition. I've had some attacks, but never actual vomiting nor blood.

        mmm

        k. too much acidic stuff not help either, yesterday i had plain spaghetti. added some marinara sauce for sauce effect....hour later it come back up...same results as last time. only if there was blood i couldn't tell due to the sauce.

right now i am in an i don't care mood because....well i don't. last two nights have been traumatic nightmares and feeling like i have been abandoned...its just....easier to be numb

I'm sorry you are in pain and that the people around you don't take it seriously.
Throwing up blood isn't anything to ignore.

to further detract from the main post apparently
its not just the stomach thing but the whole..any pain physical or emotional. and from dad in laws point of view as he was raised unless you are bleeding or dying you don't need to go to the dr. or rather its not cheap so suck it up. but thats just his nature however he does show concern..just differently. i still care to an extent but would rather be numb. and i keep to my trivia and evening net time to keep sane
looking up medical history and found this lovely tidbit

bio-dad had to have surgery to remove some nerves or something that were causing his stomach to create more stomach acid than normal and that may be my problem. I would not doubt it as i am getting medical lovelyness from both sides...being the first kid...fun times.
(lets see stomach creating an over abundance of acid which means water must be handy at all times or something to counteract the extra acid besides antacids. strongly leaning towards diabetic on moms side...general weight issues and mental issues...and heart. and i'm still alive? *eye twitch*

(the last comment mostly comes from i have slowly watched myself go from this shy nice polite person to this ranting raving betch who hates everyone and is still sane somehow)

                        back on track...
                        or I WAS
today i ate normally (smaller sized meals since i am trying to get a better diet and all that but starting with smaller portions)
drank water instead of soda...all that good stuff
but now the back of my head hurts to the point i feel like i will throw up. either caffine withdraw or it time to go to the store. which is funny because i know this isn't morning sickness. been on birth control since last year and hardly active.

coffee helped. alot of it is that i switched over to soy for my daughter as she cannot have dairy without dire consequences. Also she is at the point where if she sees her mom with food she will want it so if i am eating a soy cheese sammich i can share it as opposed to actual cheese.

that may be why as i had earlier today in the form of ice cream. but switching to soy helps my digestive issues as well.
have a follow up appointment to figure out why i am still having issues with my stomach. so i know i have cleared up any doubts that its pregnancy. heh.
have yet to have my dad get back to me about the hereditary issue. (stomach acid issues run in the family)

to get less caffeine (which does affect your vitamin absorption and digestive processes), but not cut it out all together try tea, and for even less, try green tea. However, there are tannins (acidic) in black tea. Coffee has acidic stuff in it too.
                            Observe:

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/caffeine/AN01211 --- mayo clinic: the awesome.
I drink egregious amounts of tea in a day, so I'm considering going to decaf myself. I may not have a neurotypical reaction to the stuff, but I'll probably get withdrawl, you watch!
still may want to do a pee stick anyway-- why chance it if you already have problems...? Good to do a scare inspection
SO GLAD your tummy is doing better.

Remember, if you drink black tea by the buckets, that's just as bad! (that's what I do... it causes problems.) Moderate your consumption. Also, some of the sodas in the link might be good too-- although is it the carbonation that's bothersome?
                                Also-- You are welcome! :3
