    D'aaww, why not?

After initially trying to bite Strider in the face, little Dobby's decided to be friends with him after all.

I agree: Rat Terrier. It's all in the eyes.

Dobby! what a good name for him there's got to be some Chi in there. He's adorable!

I dunno. I've just fallen in love with Strider.

            I think they're both adorable.

I'm very pleased to report that Dobby is no longer terrified of his collar, though I take it off him at night so he doesn't keep me awake jingling the tags. He also accepts and walks on a harness now with no problems. And is even more best of buddies with Strider than he was before. Daaaawww!

When we first put a harness on my cat, she flopped over like she was boneless. If we picked her up and stood her up, she'd flop back over again. If we ignored her, she'd wiggle around and yowl. Eventually she got used to it though and is pretty unfazed. I wish I had gotten it on camera though it was fairly amusing to watch.

                    Made me think of this.

My mom used to take our boycat out on a leash. He liked to walk around outside (she stopped cuz it just encouraged him to try to escape out the front door). We tried it with the girl, and when we put her down on the porch she huddled against the wall next to the door crying until we let her back in. She's afraid of, well, everything...
