How long?

I am separated with divorce pending. Once I start dating again I was wondering how long I should date before I let them meet my 4 (soon to be 5) year old son?

I am a man, and I would be dating a woman.

I know my sisters opinion, but I do not trust theirs because they also think I should date 4 or 5 women at once (nevermind the lack of money, time, energy, or desire to do so).

Anyone who has been through this have any advice?

The way my parents handled it was not to bring someone home unless they thought that someone was going to be around for a while. I didn't meet any of my dad's girlfriends until I was 12 or 13, and I was young enough when the got divorced that I barely remember a time when they were married.
