Hiya.

My friend told me about this site, and I fell in love with it. As a customer service representative myself, I felt far too much in common with the poor, abused people who post on this site. And I've got a million stories to tell myself

I figure I'll share my family's stories, too: my mom is a PA (physician assistant) and an ex-paramedic, and my father is a nurse. Between the three of us, there's more stories than one could shake a stick at. This'll be fun

What I do is I'm a customer service representative for a patient assistance program. IOW, I help poor people get free meds. I also do a different program where I help people get discount cards for meds.
