Been lurking for a while and thought it was about time I registered.

Not currently working at the moment...dealing with joints that dislocate randomly and an immune system that wipes me out every time I get a sniffle, but I've been a legal secretary for the past decade or so. Before that, I did stints in recruitment, call centres and retail so I've got some historic sucky customer stories waiting to come out!
