    Hi, I'm in tech support and also found this site from reading The Devil's Panties. It makes for great reading in between my own sucky customers!
    I used to be disgusted... Now I'm just amused

    Jennie's had her own tales of retail immortalised in her strip, so she was a natural choice for the cs comic strip. Well, that and the small fact that I run her forum as well, and that I've been reading for ages, and that I turned up unexpectedly when she was at Techwoodcon last year...
