    Greetings!

    Hi all, I'm LoT! Been a fan of this site for some time now, it's a huge relief to see I'm not alone as another victim of sucky customers. However, with so many stories of my own to tell, I figured it was time to share and let off some of that steam we all seem to acquire when encountering that interesting human sub-species known as the moron.
