    Hello everybody

    Hello everybody! I look forward to talking with all of you. I am a Printer Tech Support Representative so I deal with a lot of crud on a daily basis. I was incredibly happy when I found this site. I mean you see places all over where customers get to rant about bad customer service. But the employee isn't all that well represented on the net with the struggles we all go through. I hope you all enjoy my stories and my vents. I'm sure I'll have plenty of stuff to talk about.

    Keep your heads up in the trenches. The days off come around eventually.
