I am so glad to have found this site! I've been in customer service for almost 13 years and just now I can vent without getting fired! This is awesome!
I've read some of the stories here and this site seems to be quite entertaining....sad, but entertaining.
Wouldn't it be nice if all the a-holes that we deal with had to work CS for at least a year?
I must admit that I do enjoy my work though; I have made many friends among my customers and the majority of customers I deal with are friendly and warm. The kind of people that make your day. That's the few self-centered misserable morons that ruin your day and customer reputation.
