Hullo there, I've been an occasional lurker the past year or so. I worked at a customer service call center for a well-known car finance company, and have stories to share, if I really want to dig up those from the past. I have had a few unfortunate moments of being an SC at times (thought not nearly as bad as those posted on here), but tend to be a pushover at times, unless someone really pisses me off, then I... snap. I've hung up on a couple of customers before, but that's only because they start insulting my intelligence (and that's why I work here and get paid pretty good money, and you're stuck paying this company money so you can keep driving our car, until after you have finally wasted thousands of dollars in interest for 5-6 years, and now have your title?). Anyways, hi!
