Customes Really Are the Same everywhere

Hi everyone
I have been in retail and customer service for the last 13 years mainly in New Zealand but with a small ammount of time in the UK, USA and Australia. The only consistent is that customers seem to suck in pretty much the same way all over the world. I will have plenty of stories to tell but right now my boss is coming so I must go...
