I used to be on here a couple years ago (2004 i think was the last visit), when I worked in a call center. I believe I had the same screen name as I do now. After I left that job for a non-customer service job, I think I lost touch here. I see there have been several changes. I remember the main page being stories themselves, and the main color of the site was red, and the forums were a separate part of the site as a whole. But the logo is the same!

I am actually a SAHM now, but I also do in-home daycare, so essentially I do have 'customers'. Believe me, they are sometimes no better than the SC's in retail/foodservice.
