Hi all
I thought I'd register because my other half has been lurking here for a while now and frequently regales me with posts... She never contributes herself even though she has loads of SCs (she works in the local cinema)
For myself, I'm a web developer but have worked in a few areas dealing with customers... I think the best stories came from when I was a tech at a small computer shop and when I worked at a garage (I was Service Receptionist i.e. the first person everyone shouts at when the mechanics do something stupid (average of once every 28 seconds))
I thought swapping to being a developer would mean no more customers to deal with but that turned out to just be optimism on my part... My boss is pretty much an SC lol
