I started in retail 27 years ago and I enjoy writing. I hope that combination will prove to be beneficial on both sides of my screen.
I have oh-so-many examples of just how much customers do indeed suck. I also have a very few of the other sort. I don't plan on coming here to spout bile 100% of the time but at the end of the day, it's the customer who will determine what I write.
Learn from the idiotic behavior around you and do your best not to emulate it.
