Hey Everyone. I decided to finally quit lurking I was introduced by my cousin, and we spent a couple of hours laughing at the CS definitions. I think she's still lurking....oh, well.

I've been in retail and customer service for over 10 years (keep getting sucked back in - I never learn) I have some stories, but will save them for the other threads.
