I remember playing Scrabble against this guy on Yahoo games. He wants to chit chat while we play, which is fine because it all comes off of his time. When we start talking about jobs he tells me he's a "Stockman". I though that was really cool because I was too. It was several months latter when we were playing again and he starts asking these odd questions about the stock market that I realized we dealt in entirely different sorts of stocks.

Hello, I'm EvilGnome and I worked at a grocery store. I don't have many stories, but I enjoy lurking so much that I wanted to say thanks to a lot of people for bringing me back to my days in the cold grocery store of Wisconsin.

LMAO, yeah, I remember when I was talking to someone about how a 401 K plan was set up, and telling him, "Allright, where I come from, stock's what is out in the barn, and bond is what you put up when Cousin Bubba's acting a fool on Saturday night, explain this mess to me in English!" Fortunately, the guy had a good sense of humor and about busted a gut laughing, then explained it to a non-stock-market knowing laywoman.
