Just another customer service peon...

Heya folks.

I'm Paul, live in the Iowa City, IA area and I'm currently working as a customer service drone for a big testing company in our area. I'm 34 and been doing some sort of customer service work for about half my life, so I've really appreciated a lot of the stories and tales that I've read while lurking for the past few years.

Anyway, hope I can add to the entertainment. Looking forward to getting more involved with the site!
