Hi I'm Edible_Hat's partner (aka the future mrs Hat apparently...). I couldn't resist having a peep on this forum and I must admit, it's great!
I decided to join up yesterday after discussing with my partner and he mentioned I can still join even though I don't work in Retail (as I'm deaf which makes it harder for me to work in that area anyway). I've seen a few bad customers in my time, so I do have some stories! Anyway... hi!
