Hello everyone!!! So one fine day a co-worker tells me about this site and shares a story that just HAD to be posted by one of my companies reps. I laughed real hard, and popped on over here!!!

I've been working 3 1/2 years in one of the US's 4 largest cell phone carriers Customer Care/Tech Centers, about a year as a rep, then as part of the management team - In the PDA group. Man o man, will the stories fly and they will be fun. I've heard most of it and will happily post it!!!

Can't wait to share!!!
