I'm a cheshire at a pet store. I was the second cheshire and what we do is have on cheshire on the register at all time then the back up cheshire. the back up cheshire helps with the stocking. I came up to the register to help. I checked out this elder and her daughter they both where buying cat food. the elderly lady had 24 cans of cat food all together. I checked out the elderly put the cat food in the bags and was ready for the next customers. I started to ring up her daughter the elderly lady's daughter ask the elderly lady if I got her discount card. the elderly lady said no I didn't scan it. I told them that I have to a return on all 24 cans of cat food I'm think senses I said that they won't want to do that. No I had to do all 24 cans of cat food and there not all the same kind of can food ether. I had to can all 24 cans one at a time. I did all that work and the elderly lady save $1.08 that was it.
