Mail Order Pharmacy Tech

A co-worker of mine was telling me that there were sites that frustrated Customer Service workers could share stories and pitch a gripe or two about what cooks their goose. A quick Google search later, and here I am! I have been in Customer Service for 9 years now, and boy do I have some stories to share!
