I work in health care full time but my part time job puts me in the direct line of dealing with customers. I work for a very well known weight loss company and most of the time, I love my work.
There are, however, the occasional moments where I want to put my head through the wall!
I've enjoyed lurking and reading the rants. I remember years ago, I had many SC moments when I worked in retail. I fully empathize those of you who are in it nowadays, especially since people have become ruder and more selfish.
