I worked retail for over 6 years (with a now out of business fabric/craft company), temp'ed for 2 years, & office jobs since. Customers were what I liked best about that retail job but there were still some moments.

Luckily, I absorbed the golden rule early and try to live by it (thus my alias here). Not so luckily, not everyone has. As soon as I find the appropriate thread, I'll share my favorite returned merchandise story.
