I'm working at the User Help Desk of a pretty big company with thousands of employees worldwide (our customers), doing the technical support for several applications... and I'm not carrying it to excess when I say that we experience daily at least 1-2 cases worth a thousand laughs/cries...
For instance asking a screenshot from the helpless user can be more than fun:

One of our best experiences ever was when we ask one user to send us a screenshot or print screen of the error message he had received and he sent us a pretty black picture where you could even see his fingers holding the monitor... it turned out that he had scanned the monitor of his laptop in order to send us his error message
Many of the user unfortunately cannot even use the scanner, so they take pictures of their monitor (with cameras or mobile phones)
...
oh, and I have many more stories that just can't wait to be read
btw. I've read a few posts on this site where I recognized some of our own "customer-types" (we already categorized some of them)
