Hey, I'm new here, but I've lurked for a bit. I've read through a good chunk of the archives, and all of the articles on the main site. I'm a Technical Support Analyst, but I guess that's just a fancy way of saying "phone-slave with an affinity for computers." I specialize in Networking, but my job only calls for Internet Technical Support. I've got quite a few stories I wish to share, and of course, I can't tell you who I work for. But they have a merger going on with Verizon. Remember, GIYF.
