Wow, what an arrogant subject for an introduction thread. Well, anyway...

I'm (Angry) Cas. I have been in retail/customer service ever since I could get a job (about 15-years-old) and I am now a college student (leaving out the details to protect my privacy ).

Let me tell you, I have TONS of sucky-customer stories. I find it relaxing to read everyone else's stories because I go through the exact same thing, every day of my poor, non-human, menial, retail absorbent life.

I may be young, but the young are good targets for SC's. My first post will be one from the craft store/frame shop (two dif departments, same place).

Sometimes I think young people get it much worse from SC's. They think they can bully you around because they're older.

Thanks for the welcome! I've shared quite a few, and it really is nice to vent.

I love when an SC is obviously targeting me because I am young. Those are the times that I scientifically explain things to them and they stare at me like this: O_O
