Hi, my name is CoolcuzIknit. I don't work with the public right now, but almost every job I've had before this one I had to deal with the public. In about a month, I'll be leaving my current job to go back to working with the public as a Correction's Officer.
I've worked in:
A pharmacy
A department store
A thrift store
An inbound call centre
An outbound call centre (doing surveys)
A senior's home
As a babysitter (I quit my job at the senior's home and just what I made babysitting for one family was more than the home)
A drive-thru restaurant (as a cook, so no SC here)
Most of my threads will probably come from the inbound call centre, and I might share a couple of Sucky Customer Service stories.
