hi guys and gals. my name is ryan and ive been in retail for over a year now. i work in the hardware department at sears. heres a little taste of what i go through on a daly basis.
i was walking the aisles looking for someone to help when i get flagged by some lady with an armful of clothes wanting to be checked out. she put the clothes on the counter and reached for her purse and asked, "can i use my sears card here?" i assumed she was kidding and replied "im sorry maam, we no longer accept sears cards." she looked up and said "oh no i dont have any cash on me."
...SHE WALKED AWAY!
