Hey! I work in the USA for one of the bigger floral companies in one of their many call centers. For years I've sold things, like new cars, radio advertising, fine jewelry, computer systems and hardware and so on... but none of that prepared me for the world of the call center sales where you can make serious bank if you have the hide of an alligator and the ability to flip a cranky SC into a sale. People are downright stoopid.
