Found this forum a few weeks ago and have been reading it on and off since!! LOVE the stories and oh boy do I have some hum dingers to add in...3 years in a restruant, and the rest in retail and call centers >< I'm still trying to find even a shred of sanity or my mind....anyone seen it?

I may have seen it in the background of a postcard my mind sent me in the middle of emergency weather event #452 this winter. They and many other minds seem to be enjoying themselves at a tropical resort somewhere that SCs and management are never allowed near.

Its a GREAT avatar...that expression is almost constantly on my face when dealing with the public...I use it to express a WTF! attitude (come on its benny...enough said) but customers take it to mean I'm dimwitted then are blown out of the water when I exceed even THEIR expectations!Quoth Rapscallion View PostIt is by snark alone I set my mind in motion.
