    Hellu,

    Just found this tread. Newbie here, although I've been lurking here since 2002 or 2003

    Name's Ingrid, I'm from Indonesia. Currently working as translator, so no retail for me .. at the moment.

    that's ok, a co-worker has done some translating for the police department before and he's got some cool stories, so I'm sure you'll have plenty to offer us

      A lot of our members are no longer in customer service.
      So glad you decided to stop lurking and join.
